One week left of our School Holiday Intensives swim program! πββοΈβοΈ
Spots are filling fast for our final week of lessons, running until 17 July.
Swimming lessons don't need to stop when the temperature drops. In fact, winter is one of the best times for children to build confidence, improve their skills and stay active.
As our City of Sydney Aquatics Manager Steph Barnes says, "Swimming isn't a seasonal activity. Like any life skill, swimming needs regular practice."
π¦ 30-minute intensive lessons
π¦ Beginner to advanced levels
π¦ Nationally accredited instructors
π¦ More consistency = more progress

π Our Learn to Swim students had a fantastic time recently during Life Jacket Safety Week!
They built important water safety skills while getting comfortable wearing life jackets in the pool.
Throughout the week, they practised:
π¦ Safe entries and exits
π¦ Floating with support
π¦ Moving through the water confidently
π¦ Using the βhelp positionβ to stay calm and conserve energy
We also explored when life jackets are essential β from boating and rivers to rock fishing and emergency situations.
It was wonderful to see so many happy faces and growing confidence in the water π
