The Kettlebell Windmill is an incredible exercise for building oblique strength, glute stability, and total body integration. In our combined Teens & Adults classes, we use this drill to actively reverse daily posture fatigue (from school desks and laptops) while developing the core geometry needed for safe tumbling. By loading the core while moving dynamically through different planes, we’re training the body for real-world resilience and long-term health.

This supported inverted bar hold is one of our absolute favourite drills in our Teens & Adults classes. While it looks intense, the wall actually provides crucial support, allowing our members to focus entirely on decompressing the back, opening tight shoulders, and firing up sleepy core stabilizers. Generational training at its finest—building deep structural longevity for the adults, and authentic athletic geometry for the teens.
