We will make dedicated posts in regards to any proposed date changes or race cancellations.

The PDNR Winter Champs are running this weekend, and we wish all our participating members the best of luck. Please note that the Whalan club day, originally scheduled for July 12, has been rescheduled to July 19. This adjustment will result in two consecutive weeks of racing.

Good morning to all ....the track is in surprisingly usable condition as long as it doesn't rain we will go ahead. I am setting up for all those that we wish to attend looking forward to seeing your hopefully soon

Good afternoon to all...
whilst it isn't looking favorable (Again)....I will still be there in the morning early and do my best to give you guys a track to race on, however if when I get there it doesn't look like it's going to happen I will call the race meeting off.
With all that being said I will still remain there as I have to test some of the new club equipment and anyone that wishes to stay can use the power and the track ...your more than welcome to stay
But....🤞 and hope to see you all tomorrow

📣The official registration of SMCC with NSW Fair trading has been completed by the Whalan Sub committee.

The next step is the very first meeting of the new club to elect Office Bearers and Committee Members on Sunday 24th at Whalan Reserve. The meeting will commence at 9am & will be going ahead irrespective of the weather on the day. The track will be closed for practice during the meeting

➡️ First Item of business: We’re making sure all Castle Hill memberships stay active and roll over to our new club for 2026. A seamless transition of all Castle Hill members to the new club until the end of the year.
➡️ Second Item of business: Electing the leadership team to guide the club forward.️

🙏 We would like as many of our Castle Hill members to come along to have a say in the future of Whalan.
