We know life doesn't always go to plan, and sometimes unexpected things happen. Whenever we can, we'll always do our best to accommodate and support you.

Our 24-hour cancellation policy isn't there to make things difficult. It's in place to help us provide the best experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Every session is a dedicated space reserved just for you, and when cancellations happen at short notice, it's often too late for another client to enjoy that opportunity.

By giving us 24 hours' notice whenever possible, you're helping us:

🤍 Offer opportunities to clients on our waitlist
🤍 Be fair and consistent with everyone in our community
