⚠️ Formal Risk Warning: All participants acknowledge that our terms constitute a formal risk warning under the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW), and that this warning has not been contradicted by any representations made by or on behalf of Deep Sea Fishing Charters Pty Ltd.

👥 Organiser Responsibility: The primary booking organiser (the person responsible for booking and paying the initial deposit) is responsible for distributing a copy of these Terms and Conditions to all members of their party prior to departure.

We run on a tight schedule to ensure every angler gets maximum fishing time past the heads. To keep things running smoothly for all passengers and crew, please keep our strict policy regarding arrival times in mind:

⏱️ Strict Departure & Loading Rules:

⏳ 5-Minute Maximum Waiting Window: We arrive at the wharf right on time. We will wait an extra 5 minutes as a buffer, but if you miss the boat, we must depart!
🚫 100% Charge / No Refund: If you or a member of your group fails to board at the arranged time, you will be charged 100% of the charter cost—no refunds or credits will be provided.

🛥️ Why Are Wharf Times So Strict?

Many public wharves across Sydney Harbour have strict, legally enforced 5-minute maximum loading windows. If we hold up the vessel at the dock, we cause congestion for other commercial vessels, risk heavy municipal fines, and take valuable fishing time away from everyone else on board.

💡 Pro Tip: Set your alarm early, factor in traffic or parking delays, and aim to arrive at the wharf at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time!
