Speed X Strength = Power
As we age we lose both speed and strength but the more you keep using them the more power you can keep. It just takes a couple of exercises to throw into your workouts. Remember you need plenty of rest to allow max power from each effort.

A great way to end our time in Australia
Racing alongside TJ Pilgrim one of the first mates I met in Sydney. We hatched a plan at the Christmas party and I knew the team up would be special.
Locked in stuck to the game plan and got 57:34 in the Pro Doubles a PR for us both.
Travels will continue next stop Nam🇻🇳
