Rainy days have a funny way of reminding us just how good a simple walk can feel.

Walking is one of the most underrated forms of movement. It supports your body in ways that often go unnoticed:

✔️ Helps with recovery after training
✔️ Supports healthy blood sugar levels
✔️ Boosts your mood
✔️ Reduces stress
✔️ Can even improve your sleep

Will it build muscle like strength training? No.

But it helps you recover better, move more, and feel better, which means you’ll get more out of your strength sessions too.

So, if the rain clears this week, take the long way home. Park a little further away. Grab a coffee and go for a stroll.

Sometimes the simplest habits have the biggest impact. 💛

Over the next two weeks, we’re putting your strength to the test 💪🏽

This is your chance to see exactly where you’re at, track real progress, and train with purpose - not guesswork.

Why we test:
✨ Build a clear baseline of your strength
✨ Measure your progress over time
✨ Train with progressive overload (safely + effectively)
✨ Set focused, achievable goals
