Morning competitors.
Looks like a cracking day.
From experience. . . This morning with Dressage & SJ both in operation will be quite hectic. Listen & watch for grades moving up & communicate with the marshal. If you have a dressage test this takes precedence. . . Let the marshal know & we can do our best to slot you in!

One change . . . Showjumping. . . First comp will run F to B grade. We will have a short intermission for our poles on the ground group then run F to B grade for the second comp. Apologies to anyone inconvenienced.

Our small team is working hard behind the scenes; and, just like you, we also have **our own horses 🐴, families, businesses and life** . . . to juggle!
So . . . unfortunately, you may find that we are **very slow to respond to emails and DMs** up to competition day. We promise we’re not ignoring you . . . we’re just distracted making the event happen! 💛

We simply could not run this competition without the support of our helpers.
We are incredibly grateful for the offers of help to make our day a success. We especially thank those not riding but coming along to assist. This is truely the spirit of what makes Pony Club an awesome movement.
We have tried our best to
🤍keep the volunteer requirements to a minimum
💛 make each allocated task as straightforward and manageable as possible
✨ allow everyone to have a fun day with plenty of opportunities to watch your children/friends/family. 🧒
If you are unable to complete the duty allocated to you, please arrange for someone to take your place/swap.
In most cases we have teamed people up so that if you need to attend to your child - whether 2 or 4 legged - you have the flexibility to do this.
We will need all hands on deck:
✨from around 1 pm to switch the Showjumping course around
💛from around 1.30 pm to pack up the Dressage Arenas
🤍from around 4.00 pm to pack up the Showjumping
Your assistance in completing these tasks helps the event run smoothly for everyone involved.

🏕️ **Camping & overnight yards** are still available to book.
