Frank can’t remember his own email password. But he remembers you.

Two academies. One moving, one built from nothing.

We’re filming all of it.

One is relocating packing up a room where thousands of rounds have been rolled, and rebuilding it somewhere new. The other has never had a single class. No mats down yet. Just a floor plan and an opening date we can’t move.
Between now and then: getting tatami through the door, laying out a mat space that actually works for a full class, sorting the kids program timetable, and finding out whether the members follow us across the suburb.
So we’re putting a camera on it. The stuff that stalls. The costs that hurt. The nights it looks like it won’t come together.

And hopefully a packed first session. Warm-up, technique, hands slapped, first roll on a brand new mat.

Over the coming weeks we’re introducing the coaches and partners actually carrying this. The ones on the mats at 6am and answering messages at 11pm. None of this is one person’s doing.

Saturday vibes are the best vibes!
Our Saturday classes are always packed, full of energy, and honestly one of our favourite days of the week.
What we love most? Watching the whole family come together parents, kids, grandparents, all cheering from the sidelines. And the beautiful mix of nationalities and cultures in the room? It makes every class feel extra special.
Different backgrounds, one shared love for what we do. That’s the magic.
And of course… it’s always great to see that familiar face of Master Frank leading the way!
