💚 At Shuttle Swingers, we’ve always believed this club is about more than just badminton.
It’s the post-game dinners, the random chats between games, checking in on each other, celebrating wins together, and creating a space where people feel welcome and connected.
Sometimes the people who seem the happiest, funniest, or most resilient are quietly dealing with more than we realise behind the scenes. That’s why mental health awareness and looking out for each other matters so much.
This June, Shuttle Swingers will be taking part in the Push-Up Challenge to support mental health awareness, raise funds for mental health services, and encourage people to stay active and connected 💪
And despite the name, it’s not just push-ups - walks, runs, squats, wall sits and other exercises all count too.
If you’d like to join the Shuttle Swingers team, register here:

A huge thank you to all the players for being part of the Pride Badminton Challenge yesterday 🏸🌈
The energy, warmth, and generosity you brought truly made the day something special. You could feel it on every court - the encouragement, the laughs, and the way everyone showed up for each other. It wasn’t just great badminton, it was something more.
Whether you came to compete, connect, or support the community, it meant a lot. The representation from both the LGBTQIA+ community and allies - is what makes events like this so important. It’s about creating a space where people feel seen, included, and proud to be themselves ❤️
A special shoutout to our volunteers who ran the competition, and to our photographer .photo and videographer Lillian, who captured the day purely for the love of it - we’re so grateful 💜
Thank you as well to for their continued support of the LGBTQIA+ community and for championing diversity in sport, for their ongoing support, and Kawasaki Badminton for the fantastic prizes.
Keep the rainbow going on and off the court 🌈🏸
