THREE words... KEEP IT SIMPLE. That's what we do. Simple, Effective Fitness Training. For those of you that dont know me personally let me introduce myself.

My name is Maree and I am a mum of 3. Georgia 20 Kaylan 18 and Kye 13, (all 3 have ADHD) I am married to the love of my life and childhood sweetheart Bennett. Today's session had the team up and down, puffing and panting!

The Team powered through a 7 exercise circuit, starting with ๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿฌ ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜€ ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฒ๐˜…๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐˜„๐—ป ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ต ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿฌ, ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฌ, ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿฌ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜€. Less time, but the intensity never dropped!

What a night!
The 6pm Boxing Circuit mixed things up, challenged everyone, and proved that different can be exactly what you need.

Then there was 500 STRONG at 7pm...
500 reps, plenty of grit, and an even greater sense of achievement when it was all over. ๐Ÿ™Œ
