Today's session had the team up and down, puffing and panting!
The Team powered through a 7 exercise circuit, starting with ๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฒ๐
๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฑ๐ผ๐๐ป ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ผ ๐ฑ๐ฌ, ๐ฐ๐ฌ, ๐ฏ๐ฌ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐. Less time, but the intensity never dropped!

What a night!
The 6pm Boxing Circuit mixed things up, challenged everyone, and proved that different can be exactly what you need.
Then there was 500 STRONG at 7pm...
500 reps, plenty of grit, and an even greater sense of achievement when it was all over. ๐

We kept the impact low, looked after the joints, kept the intensity high, and made the heart and lungs earn it.
The bodies were tired. The minds were still in the gutter. ๐
