To the woman carrying a mental load nobody can see…

Allah sees you.

He sees the tiredness behind your smile.

The patience no one thanked you for.

The love you keep giving when you feel empty.

You are not invisible.

You are seen by the One whose seeing is enough.

And nothing you do for His sake is ever lost. ❤️

Toxic couples give compliments that secretly make their spouse feel worse.

They say something “nice”…

but there is still a little criticism inside it.

A little sarcasm.

A little embarrassment.

A little reminder of what their spouse did wrong.

And then they wonder why the compliment did not land.

Healthy appreciation is different.

It does not just say:

“You’re kind.”

“You’re supportive.”

“You’re laid-back.”

It says:

“I noticed this quality in you.”

“I remember when you showed it.”

“And this is how it impacted me.”

That is what makes your spouse feel deeply known.

Not just complimented.

Known.

The Masters of Relationships do not just appreciate each other.

They tell the story behind the appreciation. ❤️

Becoming a mother changes you.

Not because you’re weak.
Not because you’ve lost your ambition.

But because Allah created your heart to love differently.

For many women, going back to work isn’t just about returning to a job. It’s grieving the thought of leaving the little people who now feel like a part of your own soul.

And children? They long to be with their parents too.

This isn’t about judging mothers who work or saying every woman feels the same.

It’s about making space for a conversation that many mothers quietly carry in their hearts.

Has motherhood changed the way you see work, purpose, or family? I’d love to hear your experience. 🤍

I stopped being good to my wife for my wife.

Because if my character only shows up when she reacts the way I want, then my character is unstable.

But when I remember Allah sees my patience, my restraint, my softness, and my repair…

everything changes.

Being good to your wife is not just about her.

It is about your taqwa.

Your amanah.

Your relationship with Allah.

“The best of you are those who are the best to their wives.” ❤️
