When you’re already an exceptional athlete, how do you keep raising your ceiling?

You train the athlete. You make them stronger, more capable, more robust, making deliberate choices about it intensity and its frequency. It’s not simulating game day at every opportunity.

Tommy took a minute off his HYROX Individual Pro Men’s time by training less HYROX. This is what he did with 98 Training.

The 98 Program extends further into Melbourne thanks to Dylan and the team.

Since becoming a 98 Affiliate, business owner Dylan has been given precious time back. Time he’s spent restructuring his offering, improving member experience and increasing his time in clinic as a practicing chiropractor.

“If you want to go for it, you go for it; you’ve gotta give it a shot.”

To be good at Hyrox, it’s not necessarily training long, high internist, mixed modal every day. It’s keeping up your strength training, staying uninjured, keeping the fire lit by being intentional with your effort and your time.

At the end of the day, it’s a project of self discovery; what you’re capable of, who you are under pressure, who you could be if you have it a shot.

This is the strongest program we’ve ever built, and it won’t cost app users a cent more.

As of tomorrow, the beginning of Season III 2026, 98 Strength now intentionally includes pin and plate-loaded machines, giving members another effective way to build strength and muscle while supporting progression in our primary lifts.

Coach is the walking example of what he teaches; deliberate and selective intensity, continuity in strength training, and the fearlessness to go all in. Because with Tommy, there’s no could haves, would haves or should haves - there’s just dids and dones, at nothing less than his best.

The 98 Standard begins this Monday, July 6.

In a time where the world moves fast, where productivity and busyness can get confused, it can feel like every second has to be “productive”, we implore you to take a moment.

One of the four pillars across the 98 days is to carve 5 minutes from your day to make the conscious effort to decompress, to feel your breathing and help down-regulate.

is a Performance and Wellness Coach, specialising in breath work and nervous system regulation, and now author. Across Season III he will teaches breathing various techniques; how they work and when to use them, along with a guided 5 minute practice designed to be performed daily, hosted in the Knowledge Base of the 98 Training app.
