What makes physie special to you?
My physie family. I love our little club and the friends I have made.

What made you start Physie? How old were you?
My best friend Kenzi had been doing for a year and had been asking me to join. I decided to give it a try and loved it!
I was 6 when I started.

If you could describe physie in 3 words, what would they be?
Fun, fitness and friendship 🫶

What’s your favourite routine and what’s the most challenging?
My favourite routine is Exercises because I like the leg lifts. The most challenging routine is Floor Drill because it requires a lot of core strength.

We love having Emma as part of our physie family 🩷
