Hey Alpha Students and parents, for your commitment to giving your kids the best environment to learn, grow, and thrive! ❤️

We’ve been working hard to implement the next stage of growth for our academy while making sure the experience for our current members remains at a high standard.

There will be some big changes to our timetable starting today !

Changes are as follows:

• We will be adding an extra Junior class at 3:45pm on weekdays, which means the following class will now begin at 4:30pm.

• Our old 4:45pm class, which is normally very full, has now been split into two classes:
- Core–Red Levels at 5:00pm
- Purple+ Levels at 5:15pm

• To cater for our growing Teenage class, we’ve added an extra class on Wednesdays at 6:00pm.

• All Adult classes, except BJJ, will now start 15 minutes later.

• Adult Tumbling will replace Weapons on Wednesday nights Mike is on parental leave.

• On Thursday nights at Wetherill Park, Strength will now run simultaneously with Tricking.

We couldn’t be more prouder of all our amazing Juniors this term. 10 weeks ago, there was so many skills you were all learning for the first time. They were new and challenging but you all showed the tenacity and strength to push through !😤
Just like life, next season will be tough but keep showing up, work hard and strive to give it your best shot 💪💪✨

Hey Everyone,

Just a quick reminder that classes are still running as normal next Monday June 8th - the King’s Birthday Public Holiday.

However the following Tues- Thurs (9th -11th June) our Wetherill Park Branch would be closed.

Please if this affects your membership let us know so we can pause your account. Otherwise feel free to train at the Cabramatta Branch.

Whether you joined us this morning for our Mother’s Day workout yesterday or not ~ today we celebrate YOU. The early mornings, late nights, school runs, packed lunches, endless support, and sacrifices you make every single day do not go unnoticed.

Thank you for giving your children the opportunity to train, grow, and become stronger both on and off the mats with us. Your love, effort, and dedication are the foundation behind every confident smile, every achievement, and every step forward they take. We are sooo grateful to be apart of your children’s lives !
