Hell Week is here!

This means that in addition to our regular offerings, we are adding a 1pm class time to help our Hell Weekers complete the challenge.

However, this class time is open to all of our community, not just our Hell Weekers! If the middle of the day is your favorite time to get you body moving, take advantage until Friday of our 1pm class time ✨

Michael was featured recently for his 250 class milestone... And is well on his way to 500! Michael always takes on every challenge - and is going straight off this challenge into Hell Week this week.
