One month since Copenhagen marathon and we back rolling 🏃🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️ lots of rest, good sleep and food, back to running, strength training and a bit of bike racing….!

Massive well done to for winning the 5k on Sunday 🚀 5 ascents / descents of L’Etacq hill… with each rep being around 500m elevation - brutal! 😮 what an epic, hilly and fun event 😍

Expo -> Shakeout Run -> Race Day

We lucked out with the weather, it was nice and sunny but the cool air kept it below 15 degrees. Amazing food, coffee and bagels 🥯 The race was flat, fast and lots of pacers with balloons. The only thing was the many corners that got quite busy but it did mean the buzz throughout the city was electric! Can of coke & Chocy milk at the finish line + loosing no toenails = what a win!!

Looks like they’ve moved to ballot entries for 2027… so get your name in the mix if you’re keen for next May…

Huge well done to for qualifying for another England masters vest in the 10k 🚀
With the race being 3 weeks post Manchester marathon, we had no goal time or pace - just race hard and enjoy it (??? As much as you can for a 10k🤣🥴)!!! A really solid run in 40.55 and a negative split 😮‍💨 pretty epic, well done Anne 🤘🏼

Well done for anyone who raced this bank holiday weekend. Some great races and even better results!

Belfast Marathon 🍀
Huge well done to Elaine (4:21) and Chris (3:49), both getting marathon PBs yesterday after great marathon builds.

North Coast Challenge 🌧️
Both Polly and Sam took on the North Coast in the biblical weather Saturday. Polly in the 10 miler, coming 1st lady overall. And Sam in the 20 miler, getting in a great tuneup race for round the rock in August.

Southampton Half Marathon 🤩
Having just raced 2 Oceans in April, Jodi ran the hilly half in 1:53 to come 19/220 in her age group!

Rainbow Runners 🌈
Super proud of these runners for racing the London marathon at the weekend. London was such a good vibe and the whole city was electric all week!

absolutely crushed it after an incredible block, leading to a 3.33 ⚡️

(after running Manchester the weekend before) had a stormer and dug deep to get her second marathon in a week done 🤩

Wayne had an amazing run after a defeating the health demons and making everyone proud, finishing in 4 hours 🥹

executed the race plan perfectly!! Loving every minute & didn’t hit a wall!! Even managed to pick up the final KM 🔥

And all running in the same race as the new insane world record, 1 hour 59 mins…. is pretty special 🙌🏅

Great fun helping at & stand in the expo. Hearing how their channel has inspired so many people was pretty cool 🥰 bring on the weekend 🏃🏼‍♀️

ran for England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 with her 3rd fastest marathon in an insane 3.08 🔥

ticked off another sub4 hour marathon!! Dug deep for that one and should be so proud… Londons now calling for an epic double marathon week 🚀

got a nice shiny new PB 🔔 after smiling her way through the race and having her best block & race yet!! 😍
