The gym, as we say, is home to any athlete.
We have athletes who are professionals, paid to be at the top of their sport.
And we also have athletes who play social sports on a week night to stay active and enjoy their time with mates.
The special part is, those who train here have one thing in common.
They all want to get better for their sport.
They care about their training, their goals, their preparation and they take action.
They are the athlete in the arena, daring greatly to achieve whatever they set their mind to.
And we wouldn’t have it any other way. Because it makes for a training environment you simply can’t re create anywhere else.

The wheels are turning.
Week 2 was an absolute slog and we loved every bit of it.
Painting and putting together our Iron Edge gym flooring is certainly one way to bring the team together for a spectacular amount of hours.
At least the Football World Cup was constantly blaring to keep us sane and keep spirits at an all time high.
Thank you to everyone who’s helped so far, stay tuned for week 3 which is planned to be the biggest week of it all.

There’s no better compliment as a coach then when the athletes you’ve coached are keen to come back to your facility and get into some more training whenever they get the chance.

An explosive movement requiring a large use of the stretch shortening cycle, high force production in rapid time frames as well as some very valuable overhead strength/stability.
This movement, as well as its variations, serve as a key part of our programming in particular for athletes needing to develop their acceleration or leg drive as well as for those looking to build up some upper body contact resilience.
AVOLVE 2.0 IS COMING
We’re absolutely thrilled to announce after 3 years AVOLVE Performance is upgrading its facility and moving to Botany.
The facility will double the size of our current set up, allowing for complete freedom of athletic development options as well as continued additions to the plethora of equipment designed specifically for athletes preparing for their sports.
This team has already achieved so much over the last few years, but, it’s only just the beginning. There’s never been a more exciting time to be apart of it.
We couldn’t have done this without the support we have received from all our members, staff, partners and networks over the years, so to that, we thank you all for being apart of this journey so far!
It was an absolute pleasure getting to work with tight end over the past couple months during his off season period, fine tuning his speed & agility and getting his body right to prep for a massive season ahead.
