How often do you create the time to be fully present with a loved one? When was the last time you looked into each others’ eyes for longer than a few moments?
No distractions, nothing asked of you, simply time together to be. A way to explore how you communicate beyond words.
This couples experience is an opportunity for you and your partner to enjoy dedicated space and time, with movement and connection.
You will be led through a variety of activities, taking it in turns to give and receive a floor-based massage.

You’ll be guided through every step of the way, no experience required. This workshop is designed for pairs, so bring a partner or friend to share the experience with.

The Dissolve: Myofascial Release Workshop

Using props such as therapy balls, blocks and straps with gentle, sustained pressure, you’ll learn how to work with your fascia to ease tightness, reduce discomfort, and enhance overall body awareness.
This practice is suitable for all levels and especially beneficial for those experiencing stress, stiffness, or chronic tension.
Flourish: The Neuroscience of Yoga

This 90min workshop explores the current neuroscience yoga, breath and meditation. We’ll look at the modern science behind why and how yoga, breathwork and meditation change the brain and body, and how these practices support human flourishing.
Facilitated by Sophia, who not only takes us through amazing classes each week, she is also currently studying a Masters in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London.
Yoga Nidra: The Art of Conscious Rest

This 90-minute workshop offers an accessible introduction to the Yoga Sutras, an ancient text that forms the philosophical foundation of yoga.
We will explore key concepts such as the nature of the mind, the causes of suffering, and practical tools for cultivating clarity and inner peace.
Through guided discussion, reflection, and simple experiential practices, the session bridges timeless wisdom with modern life, making the teachings relevant and applicable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. No experience required, all welcome.
