Learn the foundations of the Ashtanga Yoga practice in this 4 week course starting Mon 24th March. Perfect for those new to yoga or those with some experience but new to this method. 4 Mon evenings 630pm $100 or add as many morning classes as you like for $150.

Our Community Class is back as of next Sun May 26. A perfect class for beginners and experienced students. Affordable and accessible Hatha/Vinyasa yoga. $10/$5 concession. All welcome. You will need your own mat.
