Coming home to this beautiful space in my home with all my memories of Bali just made this morning’s practice more special

I can’t begin to describe this experience in Bali.

It started with my dream to go to a yoga retreat in Bali for my 60th birthday. Three of my lifetime friends came with me and Earth And Sky Yoga provided a wellness retreat that was beyond all my expectations The Floating Leaf Eco Retreat Bali

Bali is chaos and beauty all at the same time

At first all my senses were assaulted on arrival at Denpasar and driving to Sukawati

Even my first sunrise meditation was interrupted by the sounds of Bali.

As time went on, I quietened down and truly listened with an open heart

The chaos dissipated and the beauty of Bali shone through. Beautiful people, ceremonies, rituals, sunrises, waterfalls, yoga, drumming, dancing, laughing, swimming, friendships

My last yoga class I lay there listening to the beautiful sounds of Bali and realised we all live in a constant state of chaos and beauty just like nature. Just like Bali

The key to health and happiness is whether you choose fight and flight or let go to let flow

I can’t begin to explain the gratitude and joy I am feeling after 7 days with Earthandskyyoga

The openness of the women on this wellness yoga retreat. The cultural experiences we have shared. The yoga and the dance we have embraced with such open hearts. The wonderful food and Bintangs we have enjoyed every night.
