Unfortunately, there won’t be a class this Saturday as I am still in the last phases of recovering from COVID.

Next class will be Saturday the 5th!

I hope everyone is staying safe and (mostly) COVID-free.

Im thinking about restarting the classes from Saturday the 15th of January. However, I know everyone is being super cautious right now and group fitness classes might be in your no-no list for the time being.

So, if you could drop me a message to let me know if you’re keen to start on the 15th that would be great ! As long as we have at least 3 or 4 people that’s enough to get it going :)

So no Sunday class for now!
