The transition to independent swimming can feel like a big step for both kids and parents. 💙

Our Aqua Culture Swim coaches are here to guide every swimmer with patience, encouragement and expert support, helping them build confidence, skills and independence in the water.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is cheer from the sidelines and trust the process. Watching your child achieve something on their own is one of the most rewarding parts of their swimming journey.

Our Adult Swimming Programs cater to a range of abilities including Learn to Swim, Development, Private Lessons, and an Adult Squad for those swimmers who are looking for more challenging sessions and a greater focus on aerobic capacity training with stroke correction.

AQUA CULTURE SWIM x SALVATION ARMY RED SHIELD APPEAL 🏊‍♀️

On Monday June 8th we’re taking on our Swim-A-Thon in our Brookvale centre to raise $20K for 20KM in support of The Salvation Army ❤️

This is a day for our whole community to come together, get involved and make a difference.

Session Times for you to get involved:
🔹 Senior Squad: 7AM–8AM
🔹Surf & Pathways and NAD 8AM-9AM
🔹 Junior Squad: 8AM–9AM
🔹 Rigs Brookvale Lane: 9AM–10AM
🔹 Allura Health Lane: 10AM–11AM

From 9AM–4PM all ACS members, families and community members are welcome to jump in and swim throughout the day 🙌

Please note:
• Swimmers under 12 must have a parent/guardian with them in the centre
• All ages are welcome to participate
