The integration of the Hatz 4H50TI into a new Mills-Tui fire truck provides an exceptional balance of compact design and rugged reliability. As a 4-cylinder, water-cooled diesel engine, this unit delivers up to 63.7 kW of power and an impressive 268 Nm of torque, giving emergency responders the punchy, immediate response they need.

𝐔𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: A fire appliance requires an engine that can withstand immediate, high-load demands. The integrated engine protection and robust design make it a perfect match for Mills-Tui’s storied reputation in emergency vehicle manufacturing.

The 𝗛𝗮𝘁𝘇 𝗳𝗶𝗣𝗠𝗚 is a game-changer for modern 𝗵𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. It merges a smart diesel engine with a flywheel-integrated permanent magnet generator to create an ultra-compact power source. For industries that rely on backup diesel power, this new technology solves the biggest problems of traditional generators, such as heavy fuel use, massive size, and high upkeep costs.

𝗨𝗻𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀
In a hybrid power setup, engines usually run just to charge a large battery bank. Normal generators must spin at one set speed, which wastes fuel. The Hatz fiPMG operates differently.

• 𝗩𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱: The engine alters its speed based on how much
power the battery needs.
• 𝗙𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: It lowers greenhouse gases because the engine runs
only during peak efficiency.
• 𝟰𝟬 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: Hybrid systems using this tech can cut fuel
use by nearly half.

𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
Keeping a backup generator ready can be a chore. The Hatz fiPMG uses Hatz E1 technology, which is the world’s first electronic control system for single-cylinder diesel engines.

• 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝘀: It connects to digital fleet tools for remote monitoring.
• 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁: It turns on by itself when battery voltage gets low.
• 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘂𝗽𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽: Air-cooled parts and less active run time mean fewer oil changes and lower service costs.

The Hatz fiPMG shows that backup diesel power and battery charging does not have to be loud, heavy, or wasteful. By shrinking the hardware and adding smart speed controls, it provides a cleaner and cheaper way to keep the lights on.
