This Monday 13 July, we're hosting a full-day program for experienced players aged 11β17 designed to help them take their game to the next level.
Train with expert coaches, take part in a specialist defence session with QBE Swifts Academy coach Sharyn Hill and hear from Swifts Wellbeing Lead Michelle Taupau on the habits that help athletes perform at their best.
