Masters Swimming Australia (MSA) is seeking a National Coaching Education Coordinator to help shape the future of coach education across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate and develop MSA’s national coaching education programs, support coach educators and learners, and help enhance our digital learning and professional development opportunities.

💻 Remote | Flexible hours | Contract position
⏱️ Approximately 40 hours per month

Transfer of Knowledge / induction with current NCEC (Rob Wilson): anticipated to occur during November-December 2026 (scope TBC)
Role Commencement: 1 January 2027

You’ll work closely with our National Office, National Coaching Committee, Coach Educators, industry partners and the Dita learning platform team to deliver high-quality learning experiences for Masters Swimming coaches.

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Is an accredited MSA Club Coach
✔️ Has experience in coaching, coach development, online education or sport administration
✔️ Has strong digital literacy and is confident working with digital learning platforms
✔️ Has strong communication and organisational skills
✔️ Is passionate about supporting coaches and creating great learning experiences
✔️ Willingness to travel occassionally

✨ What a day at the 2026 MSNSW Relay Meet! ✨

458 swimmers from 24 clubs came together to form 527 relay teams for an incredible day of racing, teamwork and club spirit. 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

And it was certainly a fast one, with an amazing:

🏆 25 National Records
⭐ 41 State Records

A huge congratulations to Penrith, who took out both the Interclub Pointscore and Average Points trophies! 👏

Results are still being finalised, and we estimate they will be live on the MSNSW website by next week.

We also want to say a very special thank you to Craig Smith and Mark Hepple for their enormous contribution to the event, as well as all of our officials who were on their feet constantly for around nine hours. It was a long, record-breaking day, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who worked so hard to make it such a successful one.

Thank you also to Wett Ones, who supplied warm-up supervisors throughout the day. 💙

And finally, thank you to every swimmer, club, supporter and volunteer who helped make the 2026 Relay Meet such a fantastic celebration of Masters swimming.
