Congratulations to Blake Govers, Tim Brand and Ash Thomas on their selection in the Kookaburras 2026 FIH Hockey World Cup squad 🇦🇺🏑

The trio will represent Australia on the world stage in Belgium and the Netherlands this August, as the Kookaburras chase World Cup success.

Nathan Czinner and Dylan Downey have also been included as non-travelling reserves.

Our NSW Pride representatives in the Kookaburras have completed their opening FIH Pro-League matches in London. The team now shifts its focus to Wavre for the next stage of the tour.

NSW Pride welcomes back Brent Livermore and Scott Barker as Head Coaches for the 2026 One Active Hockey One season.

Both coaches bring a wealth of experience, passion and success to the Pride program, with Livermore returning to lead the men’s side and Barker taking charge of the women’s team once again.

The Gold Coast has officially been locked in as the host destination for the 2026 ONE Active Hockey One League Finals Series and a blockbuster home series of the FIH Pro League in 2027.

The investment marks the largest government investment into a home FIH Pro League series in Australian history.

The landmark partnership between Hockey Australia, Hockey One League , the Queensland Government, Gold Coast City Council and Hockey Queensland signals a bold new era for the sport, bringing world-class hockey to one of Australia’s most iconic destinations and supercharging the game’s momentum on the road to the 2032 Olympic Games.
