We love a Grand Final story, but this one would have to be up there as one of our favourites ❤️

Tomorrow, we have 21 family combinations pulling on the Swans colours and taking to the court or field 🦢

That’s 21 families made up of brothers, sisters, brothers and sisters, partners, mothers and daughters, and mothers and sons ❤️
