This NAIDOC Week, we recognise 50 years of celebrating the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
The 2026 theme, 50 Years of Deadly, marks a significant milestone and reflects on the contributions of Elders, leaders and communities across the country.
This week, we take the opportunity to learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and perspectives, and to reflect on their ongoing contributions to our communities.

๐งก Every person has a story. Every story matters.
This Refugee Week, we celebrate the theme 'A Million Stories' and recognise the journeys, experiences and contributions of refugees who help shape the vibrant communities we share today.
At Prince Alfred Park Pool, we believe everyone deserves to feel welcome, included and connected. Together, we can create spaces where every story has a place ๐
Earlier this year, we spoke with our fitness instructor Khrystyna about her journey from Ukraine to Sydney. She arrived four years ago seeking safety with her mum, and found a strong sense of welcome and community with us. You can read her inspiring interview on our website:

๐ Wellness doesnโt have to be all-or-nothing this winter.
Sometimes itโs a morning swim before work. Sometimes itโs an aqua class with friends. Sometimes itโs simply showing up and moving your body in a way that feels good ๐ฆโ๏ธ
Building a consistent wellness routine is all about finding habits that fit into real life and make you feel stronger, calmer and more energised over time ๐ฟ๐โโ๏ธ
Small routines really do add up โจ
