Reformer maintenance - when was the last time you had a look under the reformer. Replacing new reformer wheels so the carriage runs soother on the tracks. What a difference! Thanks to Pilates Lineage for getting the wheels to me on time. Great to touch base again with Russell!

After all these years… so good to catch up with my ex colleague and friend Luke Cook.
Great to have Luke back in the country…
Unfortunately he is not back in NSW but teaching in Sunshine Coast in Buderim
