This FREE 10-week program, supports women aged 18+ to improve their mental and physical wellbeing in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

AFDO is seeking expressions of interest for Healthy Futures, a new community wellbeing project for young people with disability aged 5 to 25 and their families in Brimbank, Victoria.
Healthy Futures will support young people with disability to take part in inclusive sport, recreation, healthy food activities and social connection opportunities in their local community.
Activities may include:
π Wheelchair basketball
π² Accessible cycling
π Inclusive dance
π₯ Healthy food and nutrition activities
π± Gardening and cooking demonstrations
Young people and families will also help shape the project through co-design workshops.

Young people aged 5-18 and living with a disability are invited to explore their favourite sports on Tuesday 2 June.
Variety Abilities Unleashed Kids is hosting a range of fun, free and inclusive sports, modified and adapted to suit all needs and abilities.

β½ All Abilities Football is coming to Taylors Lakes! β½
Weβre excited to share an inclusive football opportunity for young people living with disability in our community.
In partnership with Special Olympics Australia, Melbourne Victory FC is delivering an All Abilities Football Centre in Taylors Lakes this Term 2. The program offers a safe, fun and welcoming environment where participants can enjoy football, build skills, make friends and feel included.
