Spirit Yin is a beautiful 15-hour online Yin Yoga Teacher Training designed to support you in understanding the foundations and practice of Yin, while experiencing the many benefits it can offer both mind and body.

You do not need to be a yoga teacher already.

This training is open to everyone and every body - whether your intention is to teach, deepen your personal practice or weave Yin into the work you already do.

This October, I’m opening the doors to my online Spirit Yin Yoga Teacher Training once again - a heart-led immersion for those wanting to deepen their own Yin practice or learn to confidently share this beautiful practice with others.

We’ll explore Yin foundations, sequencing, breath, philosophy, the nervous system, facilitation and, most importantly, how to create classes that feel authentic, meaningful and yours.
