Time to RISE THE FK UP people !!!!!

So basically a biological XY wins in an XX!
Is anyone else over this BS? Why does everything have to be about transgender rights and protection? Heaven forbid if we speak up about it for fear of prosecution! We you know what FK it! FK the heads of women’s football 🏉

What about women’s rights? What about women’s safety? What about supporting WOMEN in WOMEN sports and not those which identify!

Seriously what has happened to society ! Why is transgender now the agenda in fkn everything?

None of this is going to end well at all!
Anyway, what do you think?🤔

28/08/2026

You think your taking a KLOW stack or something and next minute your transitioning!!! This is why!!!! These people don’t give 2 fks about your health they are monetising an opportunity! These are the cons and frauds you have to watch out for people !

Who’s ready for summer? 🌺

Today’s word: congruency.

Because practicing what you preach still matters—even after retirement, when there’s no show, no deadline and nobody checking whether you’re doing the work.

Different goals. A downsized physique. A much more balanced life.

But the principles remain the same.

You think you’re having the “right steroid”… think again! Dr Dr Tim Piatkowski has tested over 300 samples and less then 1 in 10 were the active ingredient and dose and Anavar and Primobolin were the worst hit!!!

So for you lady’s that get told these are the “best women options”, by your coach or roid seller or the local gym bro dealer in the gym….. then think again!

I’m going to say it because apparently someone needs to.

Using PEDs yourself does not make you qualified to prescribe them.

Coaching assisted athletes does not make you qualified to prescribe them.

Sending someone for bloods does not make you qualified to prescribe them.

Having a doctor “in your corner” does not suddenly expand your scope of practice either.

We have normalised bro science for so long in bodybuilding that people are now dressing it up as healthcare.

It isn’t.

And before anyone gets defensive, this is not about demonising PED use.

It is about being crystal clear on where coaching ends and clinical responsibility begins.

You can support an assisted athlete without pretending to be something you are not.

Know your lane. Know your scope. Know when to refer out.

This industry needs a higher standard.

And whether people like it or not, that change is coming.

I’m not slowing down.

I TOOK PEDs. I LOST MY GALLBLADDER. AND I STILL WENT BACK FOR MORE.

Read that again.

Because if that consequence wasn’t enough to stop me, this was never just about bigger shoulders, getting leaner or winning another bodybuilding show.

For me, bodybuilding became somewhere to disappear.

And PEDs helped me do it.

My marriage was failing, and I was coming off the back of 5 years in and out of hospitals while my son fought for his life.

I had spent years surviving.

Bodybuilding gave me structure, control and somewhere to put my pain.

The training.
The next goal.
The next show.
The next physique.

PEDs didn’t heal what was underneath.

They helped me not feel it.

And even after losing my gallbladder, I went back.

Again in 2022.
Again in 2024.

Logically, I knew better. I knew the risks. I had the education and the knowledge.

But knowledge doesn’t always win when ego, emotion, identity and unresolved pain are driving the behaviour.

My higher self knew.

My ego was just louder.

What finally broke the cycle wasn’t another diet, another coach or someone telling me PEDs were bad.

It was years of therapy.

It was learning to sit with what I’d spent years trying not to feel and separating who I was from how I looked, what I achieved or how lean I could become.

And eventually, I stopped needing to escape myself.

I’m not ashamed of my choices.

I own them.

And I’m speaking about this because addiction doesn’t always look like alcohol, drugs or gambling.

Sometimes the behaviour consuming you is actually celebrated.

People applaud the discipline, the physique, the work ethic, the achievement — without ever asking what might be driving it.

Exercise. Bodybuilding. Food restriction. Work. Achievement. Appearance. PEDs.

Not everyone who pursues these things is addicted or carrying trauma.

But I believe we need to become brave enough to ask ourselves:

Am I doing this because I love myself — or because I’m trying to escape myself?

I had to answer that question.

And it changed everything.

Let’s stop turning a blind eye to this conversation.

Sometimes the strongest-looking person in the room is fighting a battle nobody can see.

Can we just take a moment to really sit with these slides!!!

After 26 years of being part of the health & fitness industry, there’s a pattern that keeps emerging.

Can you see it too???????

If quick fixes actually worked — why are we facing such enormous rates of obesity, chronic disease and poor mental health despite having MORE health information, products and “solutions” than ever before?!

Human biology and chemistry haven’t suddenly changed.

But our environment has.

And somewhere along the way, marketing has completely distorted what society believes health should look like.

FAST. EASY. EFFORTLESS. 30 DAYS. ONE PRODUCT. ONE PROTOCOL.

Here’s the reality nobody wants to market:

Changing your health is often boring, unflattering, mentally challenging and physically hard.

Yep!!!! 👍🏼 I said it!!!!

Can we make the process less hard? Absolutely. 🙌🏼

1️⃣ Work with someone who won’t bu****it you. Someone who educates you rather than simply telling you what you want to hear.

2️⃣ Educate yourself. Learn basic biology. Question what you see on social media and stop believing every new product is the missing answer.

3️⃣ Understand how YOU are wired. Your genetics, physiology, environment and individual bottlenecks. This is exactly why genetic testing forms part of what I do.

4️⃣ Close the back door. 🚪 Make a commitment to yourself that when change becomes uncomfortable, you don’t immediately go searching for an easier answer.

Because THAT is the mismatch.

We say we want certainty, authenticity and health.

Yet we chase speed, comfort and quick fixes.

Real health isn’t always sexy.
It isn’t always comfortable.
And it certainly doesn’t happen in 30 days.

Truth. Evidence. Individualisation. Consistency. Time.

Less marketable? Probably.

Far more meaningful? Absolutely.

Society has a health mismatch.

And I don’t just mean physically.

Somewhere along the way, we’ve started confusing speed with success. Promises with outcomes. Validation with honesty. Marketing with evidence. And comfort with care.

We say we want certainty — yet we’re increasingly drawn to the quickest answer.

The fastest transformation.
The easiest solution.
The person promising the outcome we desperately want to hear.

And I think something else has shifted too.

Authenticity.

We’ve created a culture where being “authentic” can sometimes mean agreeing, validating and making people feel comfortable — even when what they actually need is honesty.

I don’t believe that’s authenticity.

Sometimes the most authentic, caring and professionally responsible thing you can do is tell someone what they need to hear, not what they want to hear.

Especially when it comes to health.

Because human biology doesn’t care about marketing.

It doesn’t care about trends, algorithms, 6-week promises or how quickly we’d like something to happen.

Health is complex.
People are individual.
Evidence matters.
Context matters.
Consistency matters.

And sometimes the truth isn’t particularly sexy to sell.

Over the next few posts, I want to unpack what I believe has become The Health Mismatch — the growing disconnect between what we’re being sold, what we’ve been conditioned to expect, and what creating meaningful, sustainable health actually requires.

Some of it might be uncomfortable.

Good.

Maybe health doesn’t need another comfortable conversation.

Maybe it needs an honest one.

THE HEALTH MISMATCH — PART 1.

What would I tell my 18-year-old self if I could sit across from her today?

Something only time could ever teach her…

You have absolutely no fu***ng idea what’s coming.

There will be setbacks you never planned for. Pain you didn’t deserve. Loss. Rejection. Failure. Starting again.

There will be moments when life looks nothing like you imagined.

But listen to me…

You make it.

Not because someone comes along and saves you.

Because you learn how to save yourself.

You become the woman who finds a way when there isn’t one.

You break generational patterns that existed long before you — and stop handing that pain to the generation that comes after you.

Never stop learning.
Never stop investing in yourself.
And never believe you’ve arrived.

Because your greatest education won’t only come from universities or textbooks.

People will teach you.
Failure will teach you.
Motherhood will teach you.
Success will teach you.
And pain will teach you what no classroom ever could.

You’ll also learn:

Not everyone is meant to come with you.

Sometimes, to elevate, you have to isolate.

If you want to stand apart from the masses, stop trying to fit into them.

Be bold enough to be misunderstood.
Courageous enough to stand alone.
Empowered enough to choose yourself.
And disciplined enough to keep going when nobody is clapping.

At 18, you think strength means never falling apart.

At 45, you’ll understand strength is falling apart, rebuilding yourself differently — and still having enough softness left to love deeply.

You’ve got your work cut out for you, kid.

But that fire in you?

Protect it.

Because after everything life throws at you, it will still be there.

And one day you’ll look back at that 18-year-old girl and say:

We made it.

Not untouched.
Not unchanged.
Not without scars.

But we made it.

And we never stopped finding a way. ❤️
