Trying to produce something fresh every single day is why most owners burn out on content by week three.
Not sustainable, and not necessary.
The mistake is treating every post as a new job.
The fix is batching.
Record one strong video, then harvest it: clips, a blog, emails, a batch of posts. One input, many outputs.
Try it this fortnight. One 10-minute video on one topic.
Before you touch anything else, pull a week of content out of it while it is fresh in your head.
You do not need more ideas or more discipline.
You need to stop starting from zero every day.

👇 Book a Fit Call Most business owners suck at follow-up.
I help you master your follow-up by implementing quality marketing, sales and system automation. Hi, I'm John Bellamy. I hope we can connect, soon! As a Keap Certified Partner and Direct Response Marketer, I actively work with successful small business owners helping them fix their follow-up and close more deals by implementing better marketing, sales and systems automation. Fact is... Most small
Bec and I have been through a hell of a lot these past 4.5 years, and this year most of all.
Two businesses being built, a move from Australia to Malaysia, international companies, visas, property, the lot. We got married on the 1st of May and have only seen each other for about 5 weeks this year.
She’s been wrapping up our life in Australia while I set up our new one over here. She’s carried more than her share, brought the fun and the weirdness on every call, and kept me sane through it.
I love you beautiful, and I couldn’t have done any of it without you ❤️
The default cry is always I need more leads. Usually it is not true.
You are getting enough. You are just letting most slip through the cracks.
Before you spend a dollar on more traffic, plug the holes in what you already have: the enquiry that got a slow reply, the quote that never got followed up, the past client who would happily buy again if you asked.
This week, run the numbers on your last 20 enquiries.
How many got a fast reply?
How many got followed up more than once?
The gap between those two is your cheapest growth.
Fix the leak before you turn up the tap. Otherwise more leads just means more waste.

Flat out and still not paying yourself properly is one of the most common traps in service business.
Effort is not the issue. Direction is.
When there is no system, you become the system, so every hour gets swallowed by admin, chasing, fixing and repeating yourself.
The money-making work gets whatever scraps are left. Audit it.
For two weeks, log every task and mark it "makes money", "protects money", or "neither". Be brutal.
The "neither" pile is where your week disappears.
Then hand that pile to a workflow, a template or an AI task, one at a time.
Buy your hours back and point them at work that pays.
Comment PLANNER and I'll send you the free 90-Day Growth Planner to find where your week goes.
Long hours are not a badge.
They are usually a sign the business has no structure, so you become the structure.
One owner I know was doing 85 to 90 hour weeks until he burnt out and walked away.
The hours were never the problem. The missing system was.
Try this today. Track where your hours actually go for two weeks. Every block, write the task. Then mark each one "only I can do this" or "someone or something else could."
Most owners find over half their week is the second kind.
That list is your build order.
Every "someone else could" task is a workflow, a VA or an AI job waiting to happen.
Comment PLANNER and I'll send you the free 90-Day Growth Planner to map your week and find the leaks.
A yearly goal is a wish until you break it into a weekly number you can actually hit.
One owner mapped his path to a million and it stopped being scary the moment he saw the figure: it was not even 20 grand a week, it was 19,250.
The mountain became a series of steps.
Do the maths this week. Take your annual target, divide by 52 weeks, and there it is: the number you need every week.
Stick it where you see it daily.
Now every decision has a filter: does this move me toward the weekly number or not?
Clarity like that changes how you spend your time.
Comment PLANNER and I'll send you the free 90-Day Growth Planner to break your target into weekly numbers.
I’ve been coaching small business owners turning over $100k - $1Million for over a decade, and one thing constantly shows up.
The business owners who consistently do well, both personally and professionally all have five things in common.
1. They invest the time to get clear on their personal values.
2. They create a vision for their business inline with their personal values.
3. They take that vision and turn it into a 10, 3, 1, 90 plan.
4. They turn off outside distractions and focus.
5. They take daily inspired actions towards their goals.
Growing a successful and sustainable small business is about building momentum overtime.
If your goal is to build a small business between $100k - $1Million per annum then implement these five things and you’ll experience sustained, measurable growth without the constant overwhelm.

Most leads do not say no. They go quiet, and nobody follows up.
These four messages fix that. Set them to fire automatically off a new enquiry.
1. The instant reply, within seconds: got your message, I will be in touch within the hour, here is X in the meantime. Stops the cold.
2. The day-two check-in: just making sure you saw my reply, happy to answer any questions. Reopens the conversation.
3. The day-five nudge: still keen to sort this, or has the timing shifted? Gives them an easy way back in.
4. The day-ten soft close: I will close this off for now unless you would like to pick it up, no stress either way. Creates gentle urgency.
Four messages, spaced out, human in tone. You will win sales you are currently letting walk.
