🌿 Hi everyone, I'm Sara Farrell, founder of Sara's Carers. 🌿

I thought it was time to properly introduce myself and share a little about who we are and what we do.

After many years teaching yoga, running retreats, supporting people through life's ups and downs, and working as a support worker, I realised that the thing I love most is people. I genuinely love helping people feel seen, supported, capable, and connected.

That is the heart behind Sara's Carers.

We offer one-on-one disability support, community access, daily living support, meal preparation, wellbeing-focused supports, and meaningful connection. Our goal is simple: to help people live their best life, on their terms, with encouragement, dignity, and genuine care.

One thing you'll quickly learn about us is that we're passionate about nervous system regulation. We understand that when people feel safe, supported, and calm, everything else becomes easier. Whether that's through movement, nature, conversation, routine, mindfulness, or simply having someone beside you who genuinely cares, we believe support should nurture the whole person.

💚 Our team is a little unique.

We have a young wise philosopher in Akira, who brings kindness, insight, humour, and genuine connection to every person he supports. So while driving you to your appointment or taking a walk in nature you can expect to enjoy deep chats.

We have support workers who have a background in yoga teaching , mindfulness meditation & gym instructors who understand the power of mindful movement, breath, and wellbeing.

One of our support workers has even spent time living as a Buddhist monk, bringing a beautiful sense of presence, compassion, and perspective to their work.

Together we share a love of people, personal growth, connection, and helping others thrive.

✨ Coming Soon – Calm & Connect ✨

Calm & Connect is a community wellbeing program that has been quietly growing in my heart for some time.

It will be a welcoming space where people can come together to build confidence, create friendships, enjoy gentle movement, learn practical wellbeing tools, explore mindfulness, and experience genuine connection.

No pressure. No expectations. Just a supportive environment where people can be themselves and feel like they belong.

At Sara's Carers, we believe support is about so much more than completing tasks.

It's about helping people build meaningful lives.

It's about creating opportunities, fostering confidence, celebrating strengths, and reminding people that they are capable of more than they sometimes realise.

We're here to walk beside people with kindness, grace, encouragement, and heart.

Thank you for being here and supporting this little dream as it grows. 💚
