Perfect if you’ve never played before or you’re just getting started. We’ll cover the fundamentals in a relaxed, supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace, build confidence and have plenty of fun along the way.

Designed for golfers who know the basics and are ready to improve. You’ll continue developing your swing, short game, course skills and confidence, while enjoying the friendships you’ll make along the way.

Whether your goal is to play socially with friends, feel more confident on the course or simply enjoy a new hobby, our experienced PGA coaches will help you every step of the way.

If you’re like most golfers, there’s a good chance you’re playing the wrong wedges...or not getting the most out of the ones you have.

Join Dom Azzopardi and Chris Rutherford for an exclusive Wedge Fitting & Short Game Masterclass and discover how the right wedges can help you save shots
around the green.

Chris is Australia’s leading Titleist Vokey wedge fitting expert and has had the opportunity to spend time learning from Bob Vokey (📸) himself.

During the session you’ll get hands-on with the complete Vokey range and learn:
• How bounce and grind actually affect your shots.
• Which lofts belong in your bag.
• How properly fitted wedges improve consistency.
• Which wedge to choose for every shot around the green.

Whether you’re trying to get up and down more often or simply hit your scoring clubs with greater confidence, this session will change the way you think about your wedges.

Perfect for golfers who have completed our Next Step Clinics (or are at a similar intermediate level) and are ready to take what they’ve learned onto the course. You’ll build confidence, learn to navigate the course and discover how to make better decisions during a round. 90 minute session, $75pp. Available Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 3.30pm.

Designed for experienced golfers with an official handicap who want to take their scoring to the next level. Along with advanced course management, you’ll learn how to play different lies, refine your mental and physical routines, and make smarter strategic decisions throughout your round. 90 minute session, $75pp. Available every second Wednesday, 2.30pm.

Whichever stage you’re at, learning on the course is one of the fastest ways to improve your golf.

Whether your child is picking up a club for the first time or looking to build on their skills, our fun and engaging junior coaching programs provide the perfect environment to learn, improve and make new friends.

Led by our PGA professionals, every session focuses on developing great fundamentals, confidence and a lifelong love of the game.

Term 3 starts next week so it’s time to book!

Meet Josh – is one of our PGA Professional coaches at Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort ⛳️

With more than 20 years in the game as a PGA Professional coach and tournament player competing across Australia, Asia, and the Pacific, Josh brings a wealth of experience competing at a high level and helping golfers of all levels improve where it matters most.

His approach is clear, practical and player-focused, helping golfers simplify the improvement process and build a game they can trust under pressure.

Drawing on his years playing professionally and his tournament success, Josh’s coaching philosophy goes beyond swing mechanics, focusing on the areas that have the biggest impact on scoring – from practice habits and course management through to building confidence on the course.

Whether you’re looking to lower your handicap, play more consistently or get more out of your practise, Josh’s experience and player-focused coaching style can help take your game from the driving range to the golf course and back again.

Josh offers on-course lessons, 1:1 lessons, beginner and intermediate clinics, junior clinics and lesson packages.

Continual learning and development are a huge part of what we do here at the academy ⛳️

Recently, our PGA Professional coaching team had the incredible opportunity of completing training on the Dual Force Plates with Dr Tyler Standifird – a Professor of Biomechanics at Utah Valley University and one of the leading researchers in golf biomechanics, ground reaction forces and clubhead speed development. Dr Standifird works with some of the best technology and performance organisations in golf, helping advance the understanding of how golfers generate speed and efficiency in the swing.

At the academy we’ve invested in Smart2Move Dual Force Plates at Peregian Springs and Noosa Springs (the only teaching facilities on the Sunshine Coast with force plates), because we want to provide the best technology to help our golfers improve.

Smart2Move Force Plates give us insight into how golfers create and transfer force throughout the swing – helping us better understand balance, pressure shifts, ground reaction forces and movement efficiency. This data allows us to coach with greater
precision and create more individualised improvement plans for our players of all levels from beginners to elite golfers.

We’re extremely grateful for the opportunity to learn from someone at the forefront of golf performance research. Experiences like this are invaluable in helping us continue to evolve as coaches and deliver the best possible experience for our golfers.
