Hi all

As you know SBA are scrapping the door fee for the junior domestic competition commencing next season (term 3).

Instructions for credit of unused prepaid cards are as follows:

From Saturday, 20 August, Door Card Reimbursement Forms will be available from door staff at all SBA venues for members to complete when claiming a reimbursement.

The forms are also available on the SBA website, allowing members to access and print a form from home if preferred.

To ensure reimbursement claims can be processed, please remind members that:
- Forms must be completed in full.
- The relevant prepaid door card must be securely stapled to the completed form
- Completed forms can be returned to door staff at the venue or to the SBA office during business hours

SBA will endeavour to process all reimbursement claims over the coming weeks. As there is an anticipated high volume of claims initially, SBA appreciate members’ patience while we work through these.

Some important changes have been made by Sunbury Basketball Association regarding team sheets and door-charges & the way these are paid.

Rupertswood Basketball Club need to have a meeting with at least ONE parent or guardian of each junior member.
These changes are quite significant and will start for this coming Summer season so it is IMPORTANT to make the time to be there.

The meeting will be held at Salesian’s Lakeside stadium at 6.45 on this Monday the 27th July.
Sorry for the short notice, but all of this has been put forward in the last week so we have been frantically working through this.
As Salesian stadium has Deb dance practice until 6.00 pm, please do not enter the venue until 6.30 or when the committee know it’s fine.

🏀 Now that the season has ended, finals commence on Saturday 14th March so good luck to all the Rupo teams competing!
