Another week crushed with the crew 💪

We're going to need a huge round of applause for Deb!

Just over a year ago, during one of Deb's first ever sessions with us, she watched powering through a 100 rep challenge and told me "That looks amazing but there's no way I'll ever be able to do that". Well today, Deb proved herself wrong and did just that!

With and .ng__ for some healthy competition, Deb kept up with them every step of the way, and finished 100 reps each of 5 different exercises, smashing the challenge outta the park!

I couldn't be more proud. Deb is easily one of the hardest working and most beloved members of our gym, and watching her smash these goals makes us so happy.

Our last Geekfit Games Day for 2023 was a blast! We always forget to take photos, so you can thank for finally snapping some pics of the geek gang in action!!!!

Every second Saturday, we host a social tabletop games day in our upstairs area! We have different card games and board games each week, and you can even bring your own if there's a cool game you want to share! Kids and dogs are welcome, as long as they're both house trained 😂

Next session will be Saturday the 13th of January 2024 at 1pm!
