If you've been around for a while, you know that Liz is the brains of the business. You've seen her both in and out of the water over the past 13 years and is hands on with operations.

After some changes, Liz's husband Jono joined the team, helping with day-to-day administration and finance tasks.

You probably won't see him much at the pool, but rest assured, he does his best work in front of a computer!
