I’ve known Linda for what feels like a lifetime and have been lucky enough to train with her for the past five years. Now, I feel even luckier that our entire Ditto community gets to know and love her too🥹

You might’ve noticed our resident powerhouse Mia Austin has been a little MIA these past few weeks, but she’s officially making her return to the Reformer room this week!

Mia will be back for her regular Tuesday & Friday blocks, plus a special Sunday guest appearance this weekend💫

If you’ve been waiting to tick off your “Attend Mia’s Class” bingo box, the time has come!!
