Going into the final quarter, Swans captain gathered his teammates and spoke from the heart. Gratitude for the chance to play alongside them. A reminder of how hard they’d worked all season.
And one simple message — dig deep. You won’t remember the pain in your legs. This is what we’ve worked for.

They went on to fall just 3 points short.

But this moment had everything.

This Saturday, TWO of our Youth teams take centre stage in their GRAND FINALS! 🔥

Our U15 Girls kick off the day against Redcliffe Tigers at 8:30am, before our U17 Boys take on Everton Wolves at 3:30pm.

What an incredible achievement for both teams. The hard work, commitment and fight shown throughout the season has earned them the opportunity to play for the ultimate prize — and the whole Swans family is behind you! 💙🖤

When it comes to rolling up their sleeves for the Swans, the Johnston Family are absolute powerhouse legends! 🦢✨

This past weekend, as our club hosted finals, the canteen was running non-stop—and Claire and the family stepped right up to power through a massive 6-hour shift to keep the crowd fed and watered!

This mammoth effort was no surprise to anyone around the grounds. All season long, Claire and her family have been constantly jumping into the canteen, helping out behind the scenes, and supporting the club wherever needed.

On top of all their hands-on volunteering, we are incredibly lucky to have their ongoing support through BJC Machine Tools as one of our valued club sponsors. 🛠️🏈

From sponsorship to weekend shifts in the heat of finals footy, the Johnston family contributes to our community in so many vital ways. We are so grateful for everything you do!

* ☕ Coffee Fix: Banksia & Birch - Coffee Bar will be set up from 7:30 AM ready to pour your morning caffeine.

* 🥓 Breakfast: The club canteen opens early with our famous egg and bacon burgers hot off the grill.

* 🍔 Lunch & Evening: We will be transitioning to our
classic lunch burgers and keeping all your favorite canteen snacks running right into the evening.
