Reformer Pilates isn’t just stretching. Build strength, improve mobility and move better — in sport, training and everyday life.

At AR Reformer Pilates, community has always meant so much more to us than simply coming into the studio to move. 🤍

Every person who walks through our doors carries a story. Some stories we know, some we may never fully know — but each one becomes a small part of the story of our studio and the community we are building together.

This September, we wanted to bring a little more awareness to Pitt Hopkins syndrome and, in particular, recognise someone very close to our hearts — our beautiful member Claire, her grandson Jeremy, and their family. 💙

Jeremy’s beautiful smile is also a reminder to all of us that kindness can be incredibly simple.

A smile at someone you pass.
A little wave.
A high-five.
A moment of patience.
Taking the time to acknowledge someone who may experience the world a little differently from us.

We don’t always know what another person or family may be carrying, and sometimes the smallest gesture of kindness can completely change someone’s day.

So this month, in honour of Jeremy and the Pitt Hopkins community, we simply want to encourage a little more awareness, a little more understanding and a lot more kindness — not only towards the people we know and love, but towards every person we meet along the way. 🤍

For Jeremy, for his family, and for every family whose story deserves to be seen. 💙

One session is good, 2–3 is ideal, and 4–5 can accelerate progress — the key is finding a Pilates routine that works for you. 🤍
