👉Creche will be open from 845-10am
👉Reception will be staffed from 12pm

Some messages hit different.

A member wrote in recently, someone who's been part of the Gym It story since the very beginning: a training partner, then a client, and now back on the floor again after building her family.

Laura reminded us why we do what we do. Not everyone starts from the same place. Not everyone has the time, the confidence, or the body that lets them walk in and just get going.

As she put it: "They don't need someone to tell them what to do. They need someone to show them that they can."

That's the whole point. Fitness shouldn't be a race some people never even hear the start of.

That's what we try to build here, every single day: a place where more people get the chance to believe they're worth investing in.
