Patients finish chemotherapy, surgery or radiation -and are often expected to return to ‘normal’. But many are left dealing with fatigue, loss of strength, anxiety and a real sense of not knowing how to move forward.

This is what we see everyday at Cancer Fit.

Recovery isn’t something that just happens with time-it needs structure, support and connection.
