The Cyclical Practice is a practice that evolves you... and evolves with you.
It asks you to question some of what you’ve been taught about yoga, not to reject tradition, but to discover what is true in your body, your practice and your experience.
To trust yourself.
To recognise your strengths.
To find your own voice.
And, if you teach, to move beyond simply repeating what you were taught and step more fully into the teacher and leader you are becoming.
Curious?
Join me for an introduction to The Cyclical Practice and the psycho-spiritual powers of the menstrual cycle.

Part of growing up, I think, is letting go of the need to see everything in black and white.
The older I get, the more I realise how much of life exists in complexity, contradiction, uncertainty, and the things that don’t come with neat explanations.
There was a time when certainty felt like wisdom. Now, I find myself less drawn to people who seem to have an answer for everything, and more interested in those willing to stay curious, people who can hold two truths at once.
Maybe maturity isn’t about finally figuring everything out. Maybe it’s becoming more comfortable with the nuances, the mystery, the unknown.
