You'll become familiar with all forms of training, from Kettlebells, to agility work, Olympic lifting, and TRX Suspension training. Nothing is limited when you train with me. As I write this, tears are welling in my eyes.
Not because I’m sad, but because I’m proud……
Proud of the community.
Proud of my family.
Proud that we can turn a negative, painful event of loss into something that lets a beautiful legacy live on.
A beautiful moment remembering a friend gone too soon. A stark reminder to continuously check in on your mates.
Thank you, and I fu***ng mean, thank you all for being a part of The Long Night. We couldn’t do it without all the volunteers, love and support from each and every one of you.
And Jimmy, I love you mate. I’m so lucky that you were part of my life. I hope you’re watching on with a big cheeky smile on your face.
