It's been a while since we've done a group walk! So this coming Sunday 20th join us to explore the beautiful Belmore Falls near Robertson. It's roughly an hour an a half drive from St Georges Basin. We are aiming to meet at the carpark around 11.30am. It's looking like it'll be a hot one so bring water, hat, sunscreen and swimmers for a little dip. This is a kid friendly walk with it taking roughly 1 hour or approximately 1.8kms return

New location for Thursday night BOXING!

Our 5.30pm BOXING classes will now be held at the Wool Lane Sporting Complex in Sanctuary Point. We will be training to the right hand side of the parking lot when you drive in (on the netball fields)

SUNDAY BOOTCAMP won't be on in the morning. Im watching my daughter at Southern stars tonight and then heading to Sydney tomorrow to watch Alex Warren. This girl needs a morning off! We will be all back to normal next week
