A very special event in the Queensland Parliament this week to mark 30 years of the Heart Foundation's Walking Program. 🚶➡️🚶♀️➡️🚶♂️➡️
And even better to see just some of our own local walking group participants from and !
We now have 5️⃣ active organised walking groups all supported by the Heart Foundation in our region - it's a wonderful way to stay active, connected and healthy ❤️

🚶 Everything’s better with a walking buddy!
Join us next week at 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐚𝐦 𝐨𝐧 Wednesday, 𝟐 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 for a fun, friendly walk around Spring Lake.
Walking together helps keep us motivated, makes the kilometres fly by, and is a great way to meet new people along the way.
