Our 73 year old client Jen is so amazing. She compliments her Pilates with personal training sessions with Brett. After recently having a knee replacement, she is back in action. All the Pilates beforehand helped with her recovery. Jen has been with us for many years now and loves a gossip just as much as Brett does ! Keep up the amazing work Jen

It was a perfect Gold coast winter day for a Form team walk. We love our community events when we all just get to know each other that little bit better outside of class. We always have time for a cuppa and a chat .Hope everyone had a great Sunday 😃
