We’re looking for girls born 2015–2017 who would love to come and join our Gold Coast Eagles Girls 7s U11 team with Elle and Sienna!

Whether your daughter already plays rugby, has played another sport, or has never picked up a rugby ball before — we’d love to welcome her along.** 🙌

Girls 7s is a great opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and be part of a team — all while having plenty of fun!

Round 1 of the Youth Girls 7s kicks off at Bond Pirates tomorrow and we have 2 x U15 and 1 x U13 girls teams representing Eagles. Head on down to Pirates and support them 🔥🏉🦅

2026 SEASON DONE 🦅🏉

Not the result we were hoping for today, with our 2nd Grade boys going down 38–10 to Nerang in the Preliminary Final, bringing their 2026 season to an end.

A huge thank you to every player who pulled on the Eagles jersey this year. The hard work, commitment and effort you’ve put in throughout the season has been incredible, and making it through to the Prelim Final is something to be proud of 💙💛

Now it’s time for a well-earned break, before we reset and come back ready for 2027! 🦅

Blended in between the girls in the grey hoodie below, it was awesome to have Aussie Women's 7s player, Amahli Hala sharing her knowledge and giving back to community rugby at our session last Tuesday. Amahli started her rugby journey playing rugby on the GC as a 12 year old and within 5 years signed her first professional 7s contract with a team in Japan before being contracted to the Aussie Womens team a year later. 🇦🇺
